One of the best parts of the day was getting to hang out with my friend Beth! We got coffee, decided not to stand in the ridiculously long line to get Lauren to sign a book, did a little shopping and got to chat the whole time. It was wonderful. :)

LC & Beth
Being the pop culture fan and trashy tv lover I am, I was super excited to find out that Lauren Conrad from The Hills was coming to the Mall of America. And, because of this excitement, took the entire afternoon to go and see her. Here's the proof (please skip to the bottom of this post if you do not happen to share this guilty pleasure):
